Jackie Chan visits children's cancer ward at NUH

SINGAPORE : Hong Kong superstar Jackie Chan on Friday visited the children's cancer ward at the National University Hospital.

The superstar, known for his philanthropic acts, created a stir in an otherwise sedate environment. Inundated with gifts and flowers, the obliging star made all the right moves.

He charmed the young patients with gifts and obliged their parents with autographs and photographs.

Staff, parents and patients were obviously star-struck and could not get enough of the star.

Jackie is in Singapore for a day and will leave for Malaysia on Saturday.
